However, there are a number of issues that need to be handled correctly to get the best of both technologies.\nThis session, drawing on a number of recent projects discusses the basic capabilities of text analytics (categorization, concept extraction, summarization, and sentiment analysis) and how they can be applied in a variety of applications.  The talk then discusses the ways in which text mining can enhance those basic capabilities in general and goes into more depth for a specific project in which text mining was used to help develop a taxonomy for a publisher client.
